I’m Alison Ralph, based in Macclesfield, Cheshire serving people just like you to help identify and manage anxiety using hypnotherapy.
As Cheshire’s top (Best 3 rated 2021) hypnotherapist working with client’s who experience anxiety and helping people to manage the symptoms of anxiety, I know how hard it can be to even talk about anxiety, let alone seek help.
Hypnotherapy for anxiety can be a very successful technique to help you manage symptoms and lead to a positive life. Based in Cheshire I am able to offer hypnotherapy sessions to help with anxiety in person at my Macclesfield based therapy room or online to give you the most flexible and inclusive access to support.
Anxiety is a natural human response when we perceive that we are in danger. However, if these continuous feelings of anxiety impact the way you live your life then you could have an anxiety disorder.
In the UK, a little over 1 in 10 of us will be living with an anxiety disorder at any one time – That’s over 8 million people. But everyone’s experience of anxiety disorders is different. Not everyone who has an anxiety disorder will experience the same symptoms. When you have the symptoms of anxiety it can be a lonely and scary time but with my support, in my Cheshire based therapy room, you can learn to take back control and receive not only subconscious treatment but affective conscious strategies for overcoming anxiety too. I believe that the combination of subconscious and conscious support creates the most positive outcome for relieving anxiety.
After 4-6 sessions with me you will:
‘I can’t thank Alison enough for helping me manage my anxiety and showing me some useful techniques to deal with daily situations. She made the environment cosy and safe and I felt completely comfortable opening up to her.’
In my Cheshire based therapy room I can help you to manage your anxiety and overcome the symptoms through the use of hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy has been a proven way to treat anxiety and stress. The treatment includes talking with the client to learn what the triggers are and to teach conscious strategies for overcoming anxiety.
Hypnosis also allows the client to experience often quite deep levels of relaxation and so helps to reduce the initial levels of stress and anxiety too.
After a session you should feel extremely relaxed in general but also at times when anxiety would normally be present. You will also find that you will be in control of your bodies reactions to stressful situations and not allow the anxiety to control you!
